Our office is a franchisee ofNextHome, Inc., which is based in Pleasanton, CA. NextHome was just named the No. 3 top franchise in owner satisfaction by Franchise Business Review, out of 307 of the country’s top franchise brands across all sectors. In the real estate category, NextHome ranked No.I, a notable accomplishment for the six-year-old franchise.
The franchise came in at the No. 4 spot for 2019, the first year it entered the survey. NextHome was also ranked a Top Franchise for Women and a Top Franchise for Veterans that same year.

Our owner is Joe Kiefer. Joe also owns our sister division: Hahn Kiefer Real Estate Services. Joe has been in the real estate biz since 2003. Joe has won numerous sales awards and the HKRES was named Small Business of the Year by the Southwest Indiana Chamber in 2016. So, hey, he must be doing something right, right?
Joe sought out NextHome as the answer for commercial clients with residential real estate properties who needed the marketing presence and other residential services that the commercial division wasn’t equipped to provide. Joe then persuaded Becky Kasha to serve as our Managing Broker. Becky is a retired lawyer and nonprofit fundraiser who began working in real estate in 2014. She has a knack for finding humor in almost everything. Plus, she can explain what the legalize in the ZipForms really mean. That’s just one of her gifts to you.
We hangout with Luke at cozy digs just off Washington Ave. We are on the same floor as Hahn Kiefer Real Estate Services, our commercial division. Our space is bright, fun, professional and modern. We Share a large conference room and receptionist with our commercial division. We have our own comfy meeting space, a tidy kitchen, and agent workstations. (You won’t like the color of the carpet and we don’t either, but were working on it!)
We do not charge desk fees nor do we require mandatory floor time. We trust that you will work where and when you are the most comfortable and productive.
